Refund policy

Your seat is refundable up to 14 days before the event as a credit to attend another workshop. Within 14 days of the event, refunds are a 50 percent credit of the ticket price. Your seat is transferable to a future room anytime, at no cost, if your plans change. All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
